Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or engaging the services of Branding By G Ltd you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website and should not engage the services of Branding By G Ltd. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Branding by G own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Branding by G website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Branding by G Ltd you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as the date and time of any collaborative sessions and completion dates for design work). Should you have any complaints, please send them to brandingbyg@gmail.com. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site, on our associated cart payment pages and all work charged for by invoice. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Design Information
All 1:1 brand design sessions are completed live, on the day. You may request as many tweaks and variations to your designs as you wish during those sessions and, once payment has been received in full, all copyright and ownership of those designs automatically transfer to you. You are paying for the time agreed and all products created in that time.
All work completed in collaborative design sessions is signed off on the day and this sign-off is considered final. Should you change your mind and require modifications to your designs after the day of the live session, you will need to book and pay for additional time for those changes to be made. The delivery time-frame and cost of additional work will depend on the amount and complexity of the changes required.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling and will state whether or not they include VAT.
Payment
Branding by G Ltd accepts payments via Bank Transfer, Thrivecart, Paypal and Stripe. International payment information is available.
Any contract for purchases made will be with Branding By G Ltd. Branding By G Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the services that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed unless other arrangements are made in writing. Payment plans may be made available at the discretion of Branding By G Ltd. In these cases the payment plan agreed will be clearly laid out in the invoice or on the cart page and by undertaking your session(s) you indicate your acceptance of these terms. If you have engaged in work with Branding By G Ltd, formal ownership of any designs will not transfer to you until the final balance has been paid, however you will be permitted to use the designs from the time of delivery as long as you continue to honour the payment plan you signed up to. Should you default on any payment during the payment plan, this permission will be rescinded and you will risk being in breach of copyright.
Delivery
Designs will be delivered electronically by email, WeTransfer or Google Drive. In the instance of postal delivery for additional products this will be agreed per project.
The turnaround time for design work is within 48 hours once payment has cleared unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed in writing.
Other projects will be agreed on an individual basis.
Returns & Cancellations
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations and any services from Branding by G Ltd are bespoke and custom to you.
As a result, Branding by G Ltd does not accept returns and cancellations – the only exception would be for physical extras if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Branding by G Ltd. In this case, please contact Branding by G Ltd within 24 hours of accepting delivery.
